1. About VIBE
VIBE - AI Video Generator ("VIBE", "we", "us") is an AI video generator app operated by Rocket Digitals. Through the iOS app, Android app and website at vibeaivideogenerator.com (the "Services"), VIBE lets users generate AI videos from photos, images and text prompts using third-party AI video models, including Google Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Kling, Hailuo, Seedance, LTX 2, PixVerse, Luma Ray, WAN, Vidu Q3, Pruna 5 and Grok Imagine Video.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to use VIBE. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Your account
Some features require you to create an account or sign in with Apple ID or Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions, credits & purchases
- VIBE may offer free trials, in-app credits and paid subscriptions through Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VIBE to create, upload, generate or share content that:
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others.
- Depicts minors in a sexual or exploitative way, or any non-consensual sexual content.
- Depicts real people in misleading, defamatory, harassing or harmful ways, including non-consensual deepfakes.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, self-harm or illegal activity.
- Attempts to bypass safety filters, reverse engineer the Services, or abuse rate limits.
- Distributes malware, spam, phishing or fraudulent content.
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content & license to VIBE
You retain ownership of the photos, images and prompts you upload ("User Content"). To operate the Services, you grant VIBE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process and display your User Content and AI-generated outputs for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
7. AI-generated content & commercial use
VIBE uses third-party AI video models. The rights you have in AI-generated outputs depend on the AI video model you choose, the inputs you provide, and applicable law. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the rights to upload any photo or image you use as input.
- Reviewing the licensing terms of the selected AI video model (e.g. Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Kling) before using outputs commercially.
- Complying with platform rules (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) where you publish AI-generated videos.
8. Third-party AI providers
By using a specific AI video model in VIBE you also agree to the relevant provider's terms (for example OpenAI for Sora 2, Google DeepMind for Veo 3.1, Kuaishou for Kling, MiniMax for Hailuo, ByteDance for Seedance, Lightricks for LTX 2, Luma Labs for Luma Ray, PixVerse, xAI for Grok Imagine, Vidu, WAN and others). VIBE is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these providers unless explicitly stated.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including the VIBE brand, design, app code and website, are owned by Rocket Digitals and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Services without our written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". VIBE does not guarantee that AI-generated videos will be accurate, realistic, error-free, suitable for any particular purpose or free from offensive output. You use the Services at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBE and Rocket Digitals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to VIBE in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIBE, Rocket Digitals and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You can stop using VIBE at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity and limitation of liability).
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app, website or by email where required. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rocket Digitals is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
