"VIBE", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Rocket Digitals (the operator of the VIBE - AI Video Generator app and the website at vibeaivideogenerator.com). This Privacy Policy applies to our iOS app, Android app and website ("Services").

- Account data: email address, sign-in identifiers (Apple ID / Google account) when you create an account.
- Content you upload: photos, images and text prompts you submit to generate AI videos.
- Purchase data: in-app purchase and subscription receipts processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (we do not see your full card details).
- Support data: messages you send when contacting support.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Device data: device type, operating system, app version, language and crash logs.
- Usage data: features used, AI video models selected (e.g. Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Kling, Seedance), generation events, errors.
- Identifiers: anonymous app installation IDs and, where you consent, advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android).
3. How we use your information
- To operate the AI video generator and process your prompts, photos and images into AI video clips.
- To manage your account, subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- To improve, debug and secure the Services (analytics, crash reporting, fraud and abuse prevention).
- To send service messages (e.g. updates to terms, security notices).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- With your consent, to personalize features and show relevant communications.
4. AI video generation & third-party AI models
VIBE uses third-party AI video models — including but not limited to Google Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Kling, Hailuo, Seedance, LTX 2, PixVerse, Luma Ray, WAN, Vidu Q3, Pruna 5 and Grok Imagine Video — provided by external AI providers. When you generate an AI video, the prompt and any uploaded photo or image you provide are processed by the selected AI video model provider.
These providers may temporarily store inputs for safety, abuse prevention and model improvement, subject to their own privacy policies. We recommend you review the provider terms before uploading sensitive content.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with:
- AI video model providers to process your generation requests.
- Cloud and storage providers that host the Services.
- Payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play) for in-app purchases.
- Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand usage in aggregate.
- Authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. Your generated AI videos
You own the content you upload to VIBE, subject to the licenses you grant to us and the AI model providers to deliver the Services. AI-generated outputs are subject to the terms of the AI model used and applicable platform rules. If you intend to use AI-generated videos commercially, please review our Terms of Service and the licensing details of the selected AI video model.
7. Data retention
We retain account, generation and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Services, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time from in-app settings or by emailing [email protected].
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children's privacy
VIBE is not directed to children under the age required by local law (generally 13, or 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international data transfers.
11. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
12. Cookies & analytics on this website
The VIBE website uses cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics) to measure traffic and improve the Services. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The app itself uses limited identifiers to power core features and analytics.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify you through the app or by other means.
